What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) by default. If you prefer to view prices in a different currency, you can change it using the currency selector in the sidebar. The final charge will depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to check delivery updates through Hongkong Post’s mail tracking service

How long is the handling time before my order is shipped?
All orders are processed within 5 business days before being shipped. Once your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its delivery status online.
